Purpose of the Talent Search Exam
The Talent Search Exam is designed to evaluate aptitude, logical reasoning, and determination, helping students and parents understand where their strengths lie and how to shape their preparation journey.
The objectives are:
To identify students who show the potential to clear national-level exams. To evaluate competitive aptitude and problem-solving skills. To guide aspirants through Civil Service, Defence, and Professional exam pathways. To offer expert counselling and clear career direction.
Event Schedule
Step 1 – Aptitude Test
A written test based on general reasoning, mathematics, English, and general awareness.
Questions are designed on the lines of NDA, CDS, UPSC, NEET, JEE, and CLAT standards.
Duration: 1 hour
Purpose: To check the competitive aptitude and analytical ability of students.
Step 2 – Physical Fitness Assessment
For Defence aspirants, a short physical test will be conducted to assess endurance, coordination, and confidence.
Participants will also learn about Defence service physical standards and fitness training routines.
Step 3 – Individual Counselling
One-on-one counselling sessions with Victor Growth faculty and experts.
Detailed performance analysis
Personalized career guidance for Civil Services, Defence, NEET, JEE, CLAT, and other exams
Parent-student counselling to align preparation with potential
Step 4 – Expert Interaction & Doubt Clearing
Civil Service and Defence Experts will address participants on:
How to start preparing for UPSC, NDA, CDS, NEET, JEE, and CLAT from school and college level
The importance of discipline, mindset, and goal-setting
Strategies to balance academics with long-term competitive exam preparation
